Refund policy

BENJI BOSS accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), please contact customer support via email info@benjiboss.com. Custom Designs & Solid Gold 10kt-18kt items are not subject to returns, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Please contact our customer support team if your item is eligible for exchange. Jewelry is returnable within 14 days of purchase, if it is in unworn condition with the tags attached.

Payments made on Custom Pieces

Must be paid in full within 8 months from your first deposit payment


Failure to complete your purchase within 8 months will result in a forfeit


If you need more time to complete your purchases we can arrange a payment plan for weekly or monthly basis.


There are no refunds if you provided an incorrect shipping address and the item is delivered to the address provided.

You have to contact the carrier to find your package


*BENJI BOSS will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred. For example: if BENJI BOSS were to send you the incorrect piece of jewelry.*

There are NO returns on BENJI BOSS Customized Designs. If you would like to make an exchange for a different length, there is a $38 USD handling fee. These products are guaranteed under our One-Time Return Policy- BENJI BOSS will repair the item should you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage. There is a $300 USD repair fee if you should encounter any future problems. Once a custom piece goes into production, there can be NO cancellations.
